Dear friends,  

   This is Su Chen, I am living in France, and I have a bran-new apartment in Val d’Europe which is close to Disney Land. The apartment is all decorated by myself and I’d like to rent it to traveler or people who is on a business trip in Paris. And I hope you will have a lovely& delighted stay while you’re in Paris. Here are some information about the apartment:

Location:

In the center of Val d’Europe, 800 meters from RER station.

    2 km from Disneyland Resort Paris,35 Km from Paris.

     RER A4, 35 minutes to Paris , 2 minites to DisneyLand by RER. 

     10 mintes  to CDG airport (Charles De Gaulle airport, Paris.) by TGV.

Transportation:

RER line A4, Val d’Europe station, 2minites to Disney Land.(RER A4 the terminal station : Marne La Vallée – Chessy station)

10 mintes from Marne La Vallée - Chessy station (Disney Land) to CDG airport (Charles De Gaulle airport, Paris.)

35 minutes to downtown area (Gare de Lyon and Chatelet) by RER.

 The Environment:

 5 minutes by walk to the biggest shopping mall—《La Vallée Village》Outlet Shopping Center and Val d'Europe International Shopping Center, they have stores, restaurants, Auchan supermarket, pharmacy etc. It’s really convenient!!

The apartment:

A bran-new district, secured (cryptogrammic lock and secure enter elevator) third floor (top floor) and plus an underground private parking space.

Apartment space 40 m² and a 8.6m² balcony. With one bedroom, the living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, all with central heating.

There have French windows in living room and bedroom, perfect living condition. You can enjoy the sunshine, read a book, having breakfast at balcony.

Living room: Closet, 2 double sofa beds (140cm*200cm/160cm*200cm), tea table, dining table, chairs and TV.

Bedroom: all set bedclothes, a sofa bed, connects with bathroom (bathtub, WC, hair dryers).

Kitchen: all set tableware, microwave (baking available), refrigerator, coffee machine, electronic stove & cooker,washing machines.

Towels and bed sheets are ready for you, no hygienic problem at all!! (Personal hygiene appliance is not offered.)

THE RANTAL：

Price Rush season- 760€/week---130€/ night

Price Normal season-585€/week--120€/ night

●Rent fee count as day, plus 10 Euro per person per day if you are over 4 persons.  

●The deposit is 25% of the rental price. Please defray the deposit in 3 days after booking; the reservation will be registered after pay down  the deposit.

●Please defray the entire rental and 300€ additional deposit as security whenyou check in. The 300€ deposit will be refund when you check out.

●Please Do Remember to prepare the copy of your ID card or Passport when you check in.
